Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Medium Combo Body Man to contribute to our auto body repair team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to repairing and restoring medium-sized vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform body repair and restoration tasks on medium-sized vehicles, including but not limited to cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and develop repair plans accordingly.
• Repair and replace damaged body parts, panels, and components using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform body straightening and welding as needed to ensure structural integrity and alignment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate progress on repair projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an auto body technician, focusing on medium-sized vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in body repair and welding.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification or training in auto body repair and/or painting preferred.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience.
